Whether or not you’re home during your cleaning appointment is completely up to you! When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to provide entry instructions. If you have a doorman or prefer to leave a key in a secure spot, there’s no need to stay home. Of course, you’re always welcome to stay during the cleaning whatever makes you most comfortable.

Please don’t forget about your appointments. We’ll send a reminder by email or text message. However, if our team is unable to access your home due to missing or incorrect entry instructions, or if no one is available at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee may apply.

Cleaning Supplies Policy

Cleaning supplies are not included in the service rate. A supply fee of $10–$15 may apply, depending on the products and chemicals used during your cleaning.

If you prefer, we’re happy to use your own cleaning products instead simply leave them in a visible area for our team, along with any specific instructions for use.
